The first unit I received had a cracked screen so I had to return it and get another one. After installing the second unit, I noticed the picture wasn't as bright as the Panasonic. It turns out that off axis viewing on this TV is terrible. It you are right in front at the sweet spot it is fine but anywhere else, the TV brightness degrades dramatically. Second problem is the tuner. I mostly watch off the internet but occasionally use an antennae for local channels. This tuner gets 1/2 the channels the Panasonic did and there is no manual way to add the missing ones. Last problem is a major one. The picture randomly freezes but you still hear the audio. Remote control does not respond during this time and after a minute or two, then the TV reboots. I thought it was just mine but I found other people with various Vizios with the same problem. Totally weird bug. I like the larger size but the Panasonic I had was soooo much better. Bummer.
