It turns off on its own. After streaming more than 3 episodes of a show it freezes and I can’t stream for a couple of hours. When I first turn it on it takes a few minutes to come on. Input screen is a dark grey and it’s hard to see. Would I buy it again probably not. Price was good but next time I’ll spend extra for better quality.

It worked great at first but before a year of having it, it started to have problems. It will shut itself off, it will not open apps sometimes, it lags with remote responsiveness, disconnects from the wifi, etc. I thought maybe I just had a defective tv so I replaced it and the same thing is happening again. Different problems than the first tv, but still issues nonetheless. It’s to the point where when I turn on the tv it just has a black screen with an error message. I was told to reach out to the manufacturer, but honestly who wants to go through the hassle of the back and forth and I no longer want this tv brand/model. I’ll just have to buy a new tv :(
