When I opened the box I found out immediately that there were no feet for the TV included. Since I wanted to use this on top of a dresser and had no interest in trying to mount it on the wall, the thing was basically unusable. I didn't even bother to turn it on. Just boxed it back up and returned it. The Customer Service guy didn't even apologize for the time and gas I wasted. Basically just said, "It's an open box, so what did you expect?" I expected all the parts that come with the new TV, that's what I expected (like it says in the product description)! I wish I could give zero stars!!

Then, the tv signs off streaming app after signed on. Picture quality is fine for your kids. But if your looking for something as an adult, i would go for LG, Sony or Samsung.

He was patient and very helpful. We were able to setup our TV ourselves, however, we were informed that if we need help, it was available.
