Great quality tv/monitor for the price.

I bought it with intent to use it as a second monitor for work and as a tv when it’s not being used as a monitor. It works fantastically for both functions although slightly bigger than I had initially planned to get.

Also i HATE that it starts to autoplay whatever is being promoted - my other devices don't do that. Otherwise I like it.

Perfect Picture Perfect Service

My grandson bought the same brand of TV for me as a Xmas present 2 yrs ago. I return by purchasing one for him as he was moving. The service was excellent. The salesman was professionally friendly and efficient.

Pretty crappy service and product

When it failed in service (in less than 3 months!!) Best Buy AND the Vizio couldn't get their act together to REPLACE it------------Best Buy only offered a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price------NOT A REPLACEMENT!! TOTALLYT unacceptable!! The Store Manager however, thought that WARRANTIES SHOULD be honored and did obtain a replacement TV, I'm holding my breath and hoping it lasts longer than the original.

Poor pixel quality, and different mounting std

The screws are a smaller size on the Vizio aand the mixing holes are 4-6" lower on the back of the new TV. So now we have to buy a new mount ss well. The pixel quality is low on darker scenes. The set up was very easy as well as the connectivity to Xfinity and streaming services.
