It comes with about 10-12 pre-loaded apps but you won't be able to download an additional apps. Because this TV has the Chromecast feature, you have the option to throw apps to the TV for your viewing pleasure. I'd prefer to download apps directly to the TV.

I bought it online, and everything went smoothly. I am very happy with the television, and my whole experience with Best Buy. I am a return customer, having purchased my previous television with them in 2005. I would, and will be purchasing from them again.
