She can use the apps on it for TV, no cable necessary! HOWEVERRRRR the apps have such a delay and lag time that I have to unplug the tv at least twice a day to reboot them. It’s not my WiFi because every other TV in the house is fine. It’s a decent size for a toddler so that’s why I gave it 2 stars
