Inability to add streaming channels was also a negative but I should have looked before I purchased for that option. Can’t customize Home Screen for channel locations as far as I figured out as well. Tv worked extremely slow as well. Returned it and went with another tv.

Great but Hulu TV doesnt work

Posted .Hello Harley, this television will not currently work with Hulu Live TV from the built in application. We are continuously evaluating new applications for possible addition to this screen. In the meantime you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications (Hulu Live TV is cast capable) to the TV from any mobile device on your network.

Posted .Hello Boookworm, We'd suggest power cycling the remote control but taking the batteries out of the remote control and press each button on the remote control at least once. Have you tried using the panel buttons?. If you would like a more intuitive experience controlling your television, we also have the SmartCast Mobile application in your mobile device’s application store.This application will do everything your current remote does and help you discover what applications will help you watch your favorite shows and movies.
