It takes, what seems like, forever to turn on, compared to my other TVs, current and in the past. The response when using the remote also feels delayed. The picture isn’t very clear, even after adjusting the settings. It looks as if there’s a thin film over the screen, making the picture look “dull”.

The sound will stop working altogether, or the tv will stop responding to keys pushed on the remote or actual television itself. Unplugging the television and then holding the power button for 15 seconds to “clear the static” solves it every time so far, but annoying nonetheless.

It stopped working after 2 months in use, My tenant called me and we worked on it since 10pm to midnight. I arranged Cox service coming to ensure my internet was good, so we know the tivi was the problem. It works now after I call Vizio service, they walked me through a process to restart to manufacturer status.
