Posted .Hello J2112, thank you for your feedback it is appreciated. The SmartCast input does have limited applications installed and you cannot add extra apps to the input. We are continuously evaluating new applications for possible addition to this screen. In the meantime you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications to the TV from any mobile device on your network.

I regret my purchased

Ive been working a lot and didnt had time to return it on time. Super slow and Nextflix button and app doesnt work it goes all black. Last night didnt even turn off, it freezed out! Choose another one.

Wouldn’t buy this tv again.

Every time I turn it off it tries to turn back on. In the middle of a show, it will close out the app and go back to the Home Screen. Pretty disappointing for a brand new tv. I’ve always enjoyed VIZIO but I think I’ve got a “dud”.

It is just ok

If you are looking for a really basic tv then this is fine. I bought this as a gift for my Dad who still uses a lot of old technology and it was tough using them with this tv. There is no audio jack, so it is usb and hdmi inputs only. The resolution is not that special and the screen tint is not natural.

The problem is that it rarely connects to the network (even though our Samsung always does!), and it sometimes freezes and won't allow you to perform any functions, and the only way to turn it off is to unplug it sometimes. Would NOT buy again. Hoping we can return!

Posted .Hi BestBuyShopper2020, If the Samsung is in a different area than that VIZIO (closer to the router) it may not have as much interference, which would explain why it isn't having the issue. Since wi fi troubleshooting works better during a conversation- i'd please ask you to call our support team at 1 (855) 833-3221, so we can get you up and running.

The picture is not bad, many issues

There is a green line in the side that shows from tome to time. Remotes fails to work a lot. Buttons in key board terrible. Picture is ok, everything else related to the technology is bad. Buy a sony or LG (i will do the same in a year or two :)
