It is also EXCRUCIATINGLY SLOW. I had to buy a Roku to hook to it since it was too late to return or exchange it just so things could move faster.

I have never purchased a product that was so easy to set up and use. The on screen instructions walked me through everything that was necessary. The complete set up took less than 30 minutes. Received 4/1/2020

I chose VIZIO, but also recently purchased a Toshiba and a Samsung. Over the next couple of years I'll know which purchase was the smartest.
