Okay for the Garage

I bought this one for my garage. The picture is acceptable; however often times when switching between inputs (i.e. Watch Free, Antenna, etc.) the screen goes black. The only way to “fix” it is to unplug it to reset. I may have just gotten a unit that doesn’t work properly. Other than that, it’s decent for the money.

Disappointed

COULDNT BE HAPPIER! Serves it purpose and will last under deck cover, with an outdoor cover, for years!

few glitches

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.overall a good Smart TV ,the negative issue is glitches when turning on, many times the unit needs to be started twice at start up. i called coustomer service who are very good and he had me change a few things in the system however the problem continues.. the CSR comment was that its a glitch and their IT guys are working on it >>no change after 4 weeks

Connection to internet is unstable (have ultra-fast connection at home) - keep on unplugging and replugging to regain connection - and browsing is slow. Beware of lower prices - usually compromising on quality. Bought Toshiba at same time and both are better.

Horrible lag

It takes forever for apps to open and browse within them. I tried restarting my router and tv and it still lags. Picture quality and sound is fine but it takes forever just to watch something.

Another Great Vizio

I started buying Vizio T.V.'s about 15 years ago and they never disappoint. I still have my first one and its going strong and this 40'' is my fourth (4th) All purchased from Hyannis Best Buy.
