I dont have cable tv at home. I only use internet and apps for tv (netflix, disney+, youtube, etc). Unfortunately for me, this tv was incredibly slow and sometimes froze while trying to open apps.

Based on your description of the problem, we’d suggest power cycling the TV, Unplug the power cord-Hold the physical power button in for five seconds, Then re-seat the power cord back into the TV and Aim the remote control to the bottom right corner.
