Wife's new TV

Good picture but has an audio defect

A Best Buy tech confirmed the problem and recommended replacement. After a long delay, a new set was delivered - It had the SAME problem. A long conversation with Vizio tech support did not solve the problem.

BUT HONESTLY IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET TO THE APPS AND THEN ONCE YOU SELECT THE APP, IT TAKES FOR EVER AGAIN TO GET THE APP GOING AND TO THE POINT. I JUST WANT TO WATCH TV, LIKE RIGHT AWAY!

Slow response

All the apps work good on the tv but my Disney plus app lags soooo bad! I should’ve looked more into this tv. Not only that but it keeps losing WiFi so I have to unplug it and plug it back in. Next time I’m doing research on a tv I want to get.

Never Again

It is very slow and sometimes turn off when it is supposed to be on. Temporary tv until you can find one much better to afford.I will not purchase this brand again.
