I have tried new batteries in it but still can’t get all the buttons to work on it. Very frustrating! I have another Visio TV but it isn’t a smart TV but works beautifully. So this is very disappointing. Have tried to contact the manufacturer but have received no response to my voicemails or emails.

The resolution is great and the sound quality is good. The only down fall I've seen is the capablitity to add apps. It comes pre-installed with quite a bit of apps, but unfortunately I do not think you can add apps. Ex. Spectrum app.

I stream everything so no cable or antenna. The TV is in the same room as the router/modem and it's very slow to load (none of my other devices have issues). Occasionally it freezes and the only way to unfreeze it is to unplug the TV. The picture quality is ok. As I mentioned, it's just for an office TV that is on a couple times/hours a day. I would not have this TV as a main TV watching device. It was easy to set up and does what I need it to.

The price was great so we weren't expecting a $10,000 picture, but it has a good enough picture, so we bought three and are happy with them.

She's enjoying it very much with all of the google casting capabilities and built in apps. I didn't give it a full 5 stars because I think it has some bugs as of the latest updates. Sometime we have to turn it off and then back on to get it going again, but at least not often.

Dolby vision is a must with HDR. It makes black background contrast with the picture which makes the picture more realistic. Great bedroom tv that attaches very easy to a wall mount. Very impressed with this tv.
