What happen To Visio
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Visio D40f-G9 smart tv online from Best Buy. Within 4 weeks I start having problems with the tv.... the remote would stop working sporadically The screen would freeze or go black while streaming a program or while using an outside antenna for local broadcast. Occasionally the tv will not connect to WiFi. sometimes when the tv seems to be working fine the remote won’t turn it off. All these problems are are remedied for a period of time by unplugging the tv’s power cord and wait for 10 seconds and plug it back in again. Then the tv will work fine for short time. I’ve called Visio support three time’s complaining. They had me go through a process that they claimed should fix the problem twice.. that was a waste of time. I was told earlier today by Visio support they will have a technician call and setup an appointment within 3 business days to fix if possible or replace the tv. We spend some time in Florida at a condominium that has two Visio smart TVs and have never had any of these problems. Best Buy was no help ...the Geek Squad technician told me to call Visio support.... after having the tv in my possession for 15 days it’s Visio’s problem
