Awesome TV; picture & colors are Amzon!. All my friends who visited me loved it.

After I wall-mounted the TV and powered on for the first time, it locked up. I troubleshot and then called Vizio Support. Their response was a non-reassuring “wait for new firmware to release.” Reluctantly I waited because I didn’t want to go to the hassle of returning the TV, if it was only firmware. I performed a factory reset and then never connected to WiFi to prevent it from downloading the firmware that would break it again. I turned WiFi back on a few weeks later, it downloaded a functional firmware and all works well! The picture quality of this TV is outstanding and now that the firmware is functional, I have no issues. Vizio needs to test their firmware before pushing to production and an option to opt-out of firmware updates would be welcomed.

Beautiful colors, great sound and easy to connect to other applications.

We purchased two of these to replace two 1080p non smart TV sets. The picture is excellent, the sound, not so much. If that is concern you may want to invest in a sound bar or receiver. These are for bedrooms in our case so it’s not that big a deal. Would purchase again.

This tv was an afterthought having recently purchase a Larger LG tricked out tv for our main viewing room. This Visio was on sale at a great price that allowed us to update the guest room set. When we installed it we were truly amazed the included 4K smart features, clear picture, and that we got it at such a great deal delivered in just days! Would not hesitate to buy the brand again!

About the only thing good about this TV is the color. This TV seems to have a mind of it own. Turns on and off on its own. Is not very compatible with YouTube TV, although it seems to be working better as of late. Because I cannot add any apps to this particular one, I cannot play Amazon music, so I purchased a Roku. After several minutes of watching with the Roku, the screen darken up and makes it difficult to see details. So I removed it. Lastly, the remote sucks, I'm having to press the same button twice to get it to respond, then it moves two steps and I have to hit the back button to get what I want.

Great picture quality and easy to set up. Free Channels included on the TV are a plus!

Has a 40" Samsung 4k TV that crapped out on me in under 2 years. Luckily I bought the Geek Squad protection so I got all my money back on it. That TV was a lot more expensive than this Vizio. But I must say the picture quality is right on par. I needed a 40" to fit my entertainment center, and in 4k this is really the only one out there right now. Good thing its a great tv!
