Great picture but....

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV to get more smarts into the connectivity (USB, DLNA, 3 HDMI ports, etc) The picture is great, it fits into our cabinet with a finger width on each side. Now for the downside. I cannot find a decent DLNA app for this. I have a nice 4TB NAS for sharing all of my videos and audio files for all the Windows and Linux systems in the house but not this TV. The old TV did not talk to the NAS at all and the DISH app doesn't play more than half of my videos. The USB connection is nice but the font is so small I cannot read anything from more than 4 feet away. And now the really bad thing. The real selling factor was 3 HDMI ports, (DISH, Blu-ray, FireStick). Now less than 2 months into using it, HDMI1 has flaked out and does not accept any signal .

Posted .Hi Thomas. If you're HDMI port has stopped working, we'd recommend giving us a call at 855-833-3221. We'll get the unit serviced (if nessecary) and we can also discuss some ways to leverage Google Chromecast and other apps to view your content.
What a waste of my time!

Rushed out to purchase this for my kids Christmas present. (X-box One X) Set it and everything looked great. Went to The app “free watch“ to stream some content and any time a white scene would come on the TV, you can see waves of dark pixels coming from the side going inward .(Both sides) It’s almost like someone is pinching the edge and it’s distorting the led’s, except no one is pinching the edge. The simi circles of dark pixels are all over the screen when a white screen is showing. Looks awful. When playing a game it’s hard to notice it but just wait till you have some bright scenes. The real bummer is that I have zero time and now have to find time to fight them Christmas crowds to go return this. Seems like a perfect TV but the hassle of returning it has me looking at different brands now. Shame, I bought this because my old Vizio was awesome. (See the pics below for the mystery rings)

Total Tech Support Needs More Love ....

Wait times are too long, Hours are too short. Chat does not have the answers. They push Total Tech Support very hard, but as it is this type of "Total Tech Support" has a long way to go to join the ranks of the Big League support dream they are selling and charging for. To be fair my issue had nothing to do with the support but issues with a missing email related to a "free" Apple TV offer that was part of the incentive to purchase this TV, and has proved to be quite tedious to actually activate. Additionally, if they cannot answer the phone, and cannot chat, they should have a way to email or text the issue and get back to you via email, for those whose working hours do not coincide with their support schedule and long hold times.

They were wonderful. They had their masks on and identified themselves. They worked efficiently and quickly. They were a good working team. It goes out the signal and then you have to restart shut it down unplugged it's too much I will probably go with something different the next time but I guess for this price it's okay not my favorite
