Can't add apps?

The reason I'm taking away a star is because of the apps. I don't see a way of adding apps so you just pretty much have to go with whatever is there. I plugged in a firestick to bypass this problem but it would be nice if the tv itself gave you the option.

They are also Dolby Vision enabled, so that is a nice bonus. Also have them on the beta for Apple AirPlay 2 and HomeKit and working nicely as well. Highly recommended.
