Best buy itself it was great with our exchange so I can't complain. Will update when we get the new one!

My only issue with it is not being able to get all the apps that I want to stream with. You can cast the apps from any streaming service but it would prefer the apps to available on it instead. Other than that this is a solid option for those looking to purchase a new tv.
