We have a larger Vizio (60 ") TV and like it so much. We purchased a smaller vision for our office. The clarity of the images are great and the remote functions are very intuitive.

It has most of the apps that I will be using already uploaded to the tv, all I had to do was log into my accounts and I was off to the races.

I was very impressed because it has a guide listing all the chanels and times with what is airing just like a cable provider guide.

Not a good TV for an old man lacking computer savy

The quick start guide was missing also. It took numerous attempts to get a picture using an antenna which I have been doing for years. The characters on the remote control are so small I need a magnifier to read them. Setting up the smart TV has not been successful even after downloading the owners manual. Smart TVs and ignorant operators are poor combinations.

This application will do everything your current remote does and help you discover what applications will help you watch your favorite shows and movies. We do also support voice control using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Also, this teleivsion has access to Watchfree and a built in coaxial tuner for over the air or direct cable connections. All the other TVs I looked at had in the specifications whether or not it was true refresh rate or all the fake “effective” or “motion care” refresh rates everyone likes to use now. This specified only 120 hZ and made no mention of effective or motion rate as all others did. Great! Purchased it online and picked it up no problem. Got it home, unboxed, set up, plugged in, ready to rock. Fail. No matter what settings I used on either my Xbox One or PC the max refresh rate is 60 hZ. Tried all TV settings and verified in Nvidia control panel that this is just a plain old 60 hZ TV. Not what I wanted at all. My bad for trusting Best Buy to list correct specifications as they did with everything else I looked at. Now off to waste my time returning it as it is not capable of handling my needs with this refresh rate.

She is happy with it but is disappointed that HBO Go isn’t bundled with it like her old Samsung TV. It has to be “cast” from her iPhone or iPad to watch. Otherwise she’s very happy with it.

Could totally be confusing for someone that’s not the best with technology.

Otherwise it's a great tv
