Had pretty good luck with Vizio before, the design is nice and slim. Picture quality is good (sometimes a bit washout), but the biggest issue I've had with this TV is the Smartcast UI. Turning on the TV, I'd say maybe 40 to 50 percent of time I wanted to watch TV the UI would just not work. TV would turn on but nothing would appear, would try over and over again, unplug the tv and would ultimately just give up. The interface is absurdly laggy, almost a 3 to 5 sec delay between control and tv response time, get yourself an external adapter. I should've bought the warranty, but it's too late to return it now. Do yourself a favor and either buy the warranty with this TV or avoid it all together.

Just go to support.VIZIO.com and click on 'Contact Us'. If we can't get this up and running, you do also have a manufacturers warranty, and we'd be happy to service the unit if necessary.

TV constantly erases its configurations and you have to start over pairing devices for screen mirroring. Has nice features but it’s overall picture quality doesn’t matter how I’ve tried to adjust it never looks as crisp as a Samsung or Toshiba.

Starts to look washed-out quickly when you move outside the narrow viewing angle. Very disappointing for a 4K TV. Not a great interface for Seniors. Small lettering and a very cluttered interface.
