The remove control does not have a pause option nor can you skip back or forward. I have never seen one of these HD tvs that lacked these functions. Sure enough the remote has buttons for most of the streaming services but I don't understand the lack of ability to control. I want to be able to pause a show I am streaming or skip back or forward. The picture color and clarity were also not good. Yes tried the setting menu. but did not help.
