Horrible product. Not bc the quality of the picture is not good. But bc the tv has only been here since May 27th and already stoped working. It has been a pain the entire time. Would never buy again. Oh and the warranty is worthless. It covers nothing. Literally nothing. Save yourself gray hair and money by buying a different tv.

VIZIO is has down the worst tv I’ve ever purchased. This piece of crap never works and if it does you can’t control it with a remote or an app for the VIZIO remote on your phone. It turns off randomly and pairs it self to random things. VIZIO IS TRASH DO NOT BUY!!!!

Decent TV, but colors not as vibrant as Samsung TV and definitely needs a soundbar to be able to hear good sound.

I took the Vizio back for a refund! The picture quality was not good for a 4K TV. I was going to replace a 1080P Sceptre TV. The Sceptre TV had a much better picture than the Vizio. I decided to keep the Sceptre TV and save the money.
I would not recamend the Vizio TV to anyone. Poor quality!

I bought this tv a week ago and I'm noticing the sound is terrible. Its really muffled and you can't hear what anyone is saying. I've tried getting in touch with tech support but I don't think there is much you can do. I love all the other features, but I don't want to get a sound bar. The tv sound should at least be clear.

While a good price for this SmartCast TV, picture is great only if you are sitting directly in front of it. When I'm at my desk with the TV on I'm at a 45 degree angle and the picture washed out really bad. Returned it and upgraded to a Sony.

I have had television for less than 60 days and audio has software issue. Vizio told me to wait for a software fix. They will not tell me how long that will take. They will not replace television because it's across all models. They will not refund my money because "they don't do that". Best Buy will not take back because they only do that in first 15 days. Save yourself the headache and do not buy this brand of television
