First TV was replaced for that very reason. I do have a question and hope someone will answer. The TV is a 4 K but I’m told that I will never use it or it’s not available. Not a tech person so I’m not sure what it all means. Also Geek Squad never answers my question. I just returned the 4 k cable because was told I don’t need it.
