Demon Possessed TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv was possessed! It changed channels, muted itself, color faded and came back brighter; the television kept on wanting to stream YouTube or Netflix without my approval. The tv was alive! A true A.I. Invention-so I returned it for a Sony.

Terrible product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In less than two weeks it started turning itself off. After a day or so we could not get it to turn back on. Next trick was to turn itself back on with no one in the room. It is being returned

Worst tv ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv is marketed with Chromecast capability but fails to recognize any available WiFi in the area. Visio does not stand by its product.

Excellent 4K TV, Great Features, OK HDR/Picture
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been looking forward to a 4K TV for a while now that I've owned a PS4 Pro/X1X and 4K capable PC. But I managed to hold off the last few years because I was more interested in HDR. Well I finally decided to bite the bullet and get this TV has a graduation gift. The TV was easy to install unto my TV stand and it only took a few minutes to set it up. I wasn't too interested in the smart features because I mainly use my PS4 or PC to access Netflix and Hulu, but I'm surprised at how seamless and fast it works with Chromecast. Anyways, I got this TV mainly for gaming and as a normal 4K TV, it looks AMAZING, I can't go back to 1080p after playing God of War on it. The lag seems low with Game Mode on, but don't take my word for it since I'm not good at noticing those things. Honestly this TV is fantastic, BUT I felt like HDR (the main reason I got this TV) is a bit lackluster. Now I think that maybe a big word, because after days of dealing with the picture settings I think I finally nailed it and the HDR mode on some games do make the colors pop but in other games it can make the colors look washed out. Well I'm still a noob when it come HDR and I have heard that only high-end TVs are the only ones that do HDR justice. Right now, this TV offers a serviceable HDR that may do its job depending on the content its playing on. All in all, this TV has been great overall, I'm keeping it for the 4K and HDR is OK at best, I still think I just need better settings so hopefully more people this TV and figure it out for me :P

Posted .Hello Moeuddin313, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition or 4K signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD or 4K, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD or 4K picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.

Best TV under 500$
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is by far the best 4k TV under $500 you can buy. Great picture and HDR works without plugging an HDR device like xbox, it is available on Youtube 4k HDR videos. Plus it is the best TV in its category according to rtings.com.

Great TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the fact that you can personalize a lot of things on this tv. From changing the name of the tv, the awesome screen savers, and great picture quality. This is the equivalent to an Android phone where you can make alot of changes and personalize to your linking, I have no complaints.

Not great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So after reading these reviews I bought this tv to replace my old plasma tv. After getting the tv hooking everything up properly with the right cables, I felt that these reviews are bogus. I've tried every setting for cable viewing and it's horrible, so much motion blur, and horrible picture quality. Same issue when I hooked up my Xbox S to play games and movies. How is it that my 6yo plasma that's loosing picture quality still looks better than this tv. All lies

Power Issues?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this set about a month ago. The main issues appear when turning on in the morning. A very high percentage of the time there is no picture. Sometimes going to a different input, and then returning to the initial input clears it. Other times, I can't maneuver at all, and then some of those times, I can't power down with the remote, or the button on the back of the tv. Those times I have to unplug/replug, sometimes twice. Living with it for now, will call Vizio. Looking for a response here also.

Inferior faulty products and bad customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this to use as a monitor and found a bright pixel, so utilized their ZERO BRIGHT PIXEL POLICY and returned it. They sent the Advanced Replacement a week later and it was worse than the original. 2 bright pixels and 1 dead pixel. Sent proof to their customer disservice and they refused to honor the warranty and said nothing they could do. They lied and said the pixels were dead when there was ample visual evidence that they were bright. The TV also randomly power cycles itself, turns off and back on, whenever it feels like it. Also will randomly display a green vertical line when starting up inputs. Also by using the warranty they effectively shorten the remaining warranty on the refurbished or replacement TV they send you to only 90 days. Great way to get over on the customer. Stay away from this company. They have recently had a failed merger with LeEco and a couple years ago were caught spying on consumers and selling the information to other companies for millions. They are going to go under soon. No reputable TV company offers 1 year warranties (especially on their higher end models) unless they know their products are faulty and won't last.
