Poor picture quality and colors, No wide viewing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tried every Picture Mode and every setting, and continued to have unnatural face color and poor clarity (sharpness) of picture. Red-Blue-Green-Yellow colors are extremely vivid (neon), no matter what setting is chosen. Also no wide angle viewing, which means the picture fades quickly when you move slightly off-center.

Posted .Hello Mine, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark. If you picture is still not in a setting that you like please contact our customer support for assistance.

Could not be more disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased 2 of these tvs for my new home and both have had multiple issues after the return period ended. The first was purchased in July and the other in August. The issues with both started in September. The issues are: 1. Both units will turn on and there is a picture, but no sound at all. The only way to get the sound to come through is by unplugging the TV for a few minutes and then powering it back on. 2. Both units have a difficult time switching between inputs (HDMI to HDMI 2, etc.) 3. Both units have difficulty in displaying 4k from Apple TV - intermittent issue on both. 4. Both TVs take as long as 1 minute to turn on and display picture and both units will turn themselves back on after being powered off. They both would have been returned to the store if not for the return period ending. This was my first purchase of VIZIO and will likely be my last. I chose this over the Samsung based on price alone.

Do not buy! I've got 3 that have the same issue

I've now got 4 TV's that turn themselves on at random at all hours of the day / night. They don't need to be connected to anything but power and they turn on. Search online you will see others with similar issues. Support is of no help they just tell you to call your own technician and good luck. Scary stuff. No more Vizio for me which I'm sad about. Otherwise on paper they seem like a good value.

TV has a mind of it's own

Factory reset twice to no avail. Best Buy return period has past. Waiting for Vizio to make good and honor their warranty and replace this rock.

Two defective TVs ... so far

The second had a black line on the screen that we noticed after several days of using. Now waiting for the third, but only bc this model has the specs we want.
