Easy to set up and configure but getting it out of the box was a nightmare. Glad I didn’t have to return it because the box was destroyed. The unit is awesome however!

It pumps out the sound. I've never had a soundbar before and I was pleasantly surprised with how loud it is. I highly recommend this product and would buy it again.

Regret buying this brand and Elevate model

I've had to use the physical remote until I lost it during a move. Sometimes paring works and then it looses connection with my phone. I contacted tech support on 10/28/22 and went in circles with the rep. First she said the smartcast app is no longer compatible with Vizio soundbars, but then she wanted to update the firmware- why update if she just said it won't pair via the app? Sadly it is out of warranty so this soundbar is useless. I'll be buying a different brand and buying a warranty just to be safe next time.
