Great soundbar. Maybe a little too expensive. But works great. Would like a few more features in the app.

Set this thing up only to hear cracking/popping noises every time you change input or audio format. There’s sync issues also and lag with ps4 and Nintendo switch. And yes, as any other review you have read, the smart cast app is garbage. You can’t sync most of the time. When it works, it sounds good but you can’t even get it to play without cracking or lag in audio. Not sure if it’s earc problems but I have the LG CX and didn’t have issues with previous soundbar although that wasn’t earc. However, it leads me to believe it’s the vizio as the cracking noise still happens even when on mute. So, support is sending a replacement and based on others reviews, I’m not counting on this being defected product and rather firmware problem or somethjng. Pretty bummed as I was really excited for this and after 10 hours messing around I’m left aurally destroyed...literally my ears hurt from that popping noise constantly trying to get this thing to work. Should I get new soundbar and it’s rectified though I will keep it and change review if works properly. If not, I’m never buying vizio product again.

It was my fault; I didn’t check the reviews first. There is a reason why it only has a 65% rating. This product is low quality; do not buy. My return period ended, and I was late to return it—too bad! Do not buy this; save your money and purchase another product instead. First issue: the upward-firing speaker is supposed to rotate whenever it detects Dolby video. Mine only rotates sometimes. For example, if you watch a Dolby movie one day, it rotates, but the next day, it won’t rotate unless you manually rotate it. Second issue: the upward speaker rotation got stuck. The left side of the rotation got stuck, making weird friction noises. Consequently, the sound is noticeably loud. Third issue: the subwoofer’s low end is not clear; the sub is very muddy. If you play a song, the sub should support, but instead, it muddies the whole mix. Do not buy it; invest in another product.

Great product, app gave issue when first setting up but once connected works great. Remote is amazing

Feels like a real theater experience. My family and I love watching movies together and this only enhances that. Great Bass
