There is a reason why it only has a 65% rating. This product is low quality; do not buy. My return period ended, and I was late to return it—too bad! Do not buy this; save your money and purchase another product instead. First issue: the upward-firing speaker is supposed to rotate whenever it detects Dolby video. Mine only rotates sometimes. For example, if you watch a Dolby movie one day, it rotates, but the next day, it won’t rotate unless you manually rotate it. Second issue: the upward speaker rotation got stuck. The left side of the rotation got stuck, making weird friction noises. Consequently, the sound is noticeably loud. Third issue: the subwoofer’s low end is not clear; the sub is very muddy. If you play a song, the sub should support, but instead, it muddies the whole mix. Do not buy it; invest in another product.
