I was waiting for good deal to experience Atmos system and BB offered $699 on this soundbar and jumped on it. For first couple weeks the system performed flawlessly i.e., no dropouts, no crackling sound or any issues. Out of nowhere my shield TV unable to passthrough any signal to TV, I've contacted Vizio customer service and as always they blamed the TV's ARC connection but that was not the case. I took the system back to BB for exchange. The new system out of the box suffered from crackling sounds from sound bar and rear channels. The first two weeks having this system was soo good and wanted to give another last chance. Again BB's exchange policy was so good they allowed me for another exchange. Unfortunately the third system suffered from same crackling issues in rear speakers and it was so annoying. Finally, I decided to return and just today I ordered Nakamichi 7.1.4 which seems better on paper with respect to build quality, number of inputs and object based sound output. Vizio, I really wanted to like and keep this system but you really need correct the system suffering from these issues especially considering the price tag. Great SoundBar for the price. Even sounds awesome with non-Dolby atmos sounds. Currently playing Death Stranding on DTS mode and the SoundBar upmixes it to replicate Dolby Atmos

This soundbar is fed with an Apple TV box primarily for the Dolby Atmos signal and connects to my Sony 4K tv via HDMI ARC. The sound does cut out sometimes bit I don't know if its the Vizio bar or the Apple TV.

Easy to set up. I like the clean look and low profile of the soundbar. The sub is a little heavy and large but sounds great. We are happy with our purchase!

It is a good system for the money. However, when I turn to NBC the sound goes down . I checked for the firmware and it is up to date. Other than that it is a good product.

Sounds good but has issues. Sometimes the sound stays the same even when turning up the volume. I have to cycle from the different inputs back to "HDMI In" so it "clicks". I didn't find the Atmos sound immersive. Sounds like a regular 5.1 surround sound. I have the Xbox One X with the Atmos codec installed, functioning and the soundbar is online for any OTA updates. Powerful bass and loud sound. 3stars for not so great Atmos quality.

Great sound. Had to adjust the sound settings a bit but perfect sound. Comes with rear speakers unlike most it competitors.

This is the best sound system I've ever had,and I have had high watt av receivers 7.1 with big speakers.this sound system is truly immersive and plenty loud make sure you get a TV or streamer that supports Dolby atmos Netflix has lots of titles that broadcast in Dolby vision and and Dolby atmos, that combined with my lg oled 4k tv brings watching movie at home to a whole new level,GREAT SOUNDBAR HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I purchased this sound bar primarily because it is one of the best value when it comes to playing atmos content. The app they supply with the app barely works, setting the thing up on wifi was a pain. There was a cracking and piping noise when playing atoms content with low base. This was completely distracting. Within my return window I called Vizio and they sent me a decertified unit. This died in less than a week and no longer plays any sound. Their customer support claims someone actually tested this unit. Vizio refuses to give me a refund for this defective product, they insist I should get another replacement. I have lost all faith in Vizio and will no longer be a customer of theirs. The refund department doesn't even have the class to talk to me directly, they keep hiding behind the poor service reps. Really disappointed, this wasn't my first product but it will be my last. Honestly its not worth the risk given the price. Just buy another brand.

I have owned many soundbars with subwoofers but this one is king. The deep driving bass and the crisp highs make this a one of a kind system. I have an Amazon 4K FireTv stick with Dolby Atmos and it makes this sound bar and subwoofer work overtime. The sound from this is like being on the set of a movie or on stage of a concert. I don’t want to turn this off because it sounds so good. I would recommend this to the audio file or movie buff that wants the best money can buy!

Got this sound at to go with my Vizio P-quantum tv. It’s AWESOME!! Had a few issues at first pairing the sub but after getting everything up to date and on same page with my home network it’s been great. I still haven’t turned it loose yet because don’t want to disturb neighbors. Just bought a new house so am anxious to experience what this system can do. I recommend.

This soundbar is hooked-up to my second tv. I can't complain about the sound. It has had a few bugs that have been worked out with firmware updates.

The sound is great when it works. I have it connected to a Vizio 55" tv, But after a few days there is no sound when turning the system on and after turning the system off and back on didn't seem to work I have to physically unplug the sound bar from the power outlet and plug it back in to work. A pain to deal with.

Up until now, I did not have much hope from soundbars but this is a game changer. This soundbar is capable of generating enormous engulfing sound which keeps you wondering where the sound is coming from. The sub performs best when kept beside your seating area/couch. The Atmos effect is for real and its able to achieve over head sounds by its up firing speaker configurations. The sound clarity is really nice for both music and movie and has serious punch to it. The soundbar is sleek smart and futuristic with no bulkiness attached to it. They purposely made the sub larger to do the heavy lifting. Overall it has a smaller footprint with invisible larger sound(Theater like experience). I got an open box and at that price, its impossible for any other brand to beat it.

Upgraded from a previous Vizio 5.1 Sound System. The upgrade did not disappoint. The upfiring Front and Rear speakers provide a Movie Theater experience and watching The Justice League extended version and Godzilla vs Kong was an immersive experience. I would recommend this to any one looking for a reasonably priced 5.1.4 Sound System.

I ordered this in January for delivery to store for pick up. Boy was that a mistake. I was guaranteed multiple times that it would arrive in store on time but it kept getting more and more delayed to the point where if it hadn't arrived by 3/1, my order would have been cancelled. After multiple chats with agents online, I was switched to ship to my office (what I was trying to avoid because I knew it would be big and heavy and didn't want the package delivery guy dealing with it). Anyway, it arrived and it is massive and heavy! I got it home though and opened it up and set it up and it sounds absolutely amazing! The overhead audio effect from the upward firing speakers is absolutely amazing. There is a demo app on Xbox called "Insects" that really helps you hear the difference in the flat audio vs the spatial audio. Hearing the sounds of birds overhead is really a trip. Loading up Shadow of the Tomb Raider, even on the main screen, sounds awesome with the sounds of crickets chirping overhead. Totally worth the investment and price, though even better if you can find it on sale or have a 10% off store coupon, or both!

Bought this for the Dolby Atmos. Sounds amazing and not too expensive.
