Plenty of volume and "bigness" to fill my spacious family room, but excessively boomy. Sounds seem to come from back, front, left, right, locations in between. Nice feature run my smartphone's music playlist through the system.

This soundbar system packs a fairly large sound for being so streamlined. The setup is easy and diverse. The subwoofer puts out a lot of bass. Overall I'm loving this product. Cheers Vizio!

Love everything about the soundbar! Was easy to setup. The rear speakers are awesome! The remote took a bit to get used to and I recommend you look at the manual for all the options, but the different settings work very well.

I love this sound bar It puts out amazing sound from my dish TV setup. I use these in my bedroom, I especially like the blue tooth so I can listen to Pandora and the music on my cellphone. I highly recommend this product.

I wanted a Bose or Sonos but lets face it they're very expensive so I tried out some lower end sound systems. I looked at multiple LG, Sony, Samsung and Vizio products. The VIZIO S4251w-B4 sounded the best in the store and is great in my apartment. Its powerful haven't used full power yet I use the Bluetooth with my laptop and iPhone 5s its great. Check it out for yourself the lower price sealed the deal for me.

The system has a very nice sound and was very easy to install and the wireless sub woofer made it nice as you don't have miles of wires going in all directions.I looked at quite a few different brands before purchasing the Vizio and found that it provided the most quality for price..

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. I was nervous because he is hard to please. He absolutely loves it. Great sound for the money. Worth every dollar spent.

It was easy to install. The sound quality is what we had hoped for! Just need to figure out how to sync with our other remote so we don;t have to use 2 remotes.

Awesome Sound!!! My LG soundbar stopped working just after the warantee. Needed to get another one so did some research and found out that 5.1 was the best. So started looking at reviews of different ones and this one can highly recommended. Went on Best Buy and it was on sale. It was worth the money. Have had it for over a month and works as good as it did the first day. Works on any TV and the surround sound makes it seem like your in the movie or in a theater.

Bought this system cause my wife didn't like the look of my big speakers, and didn't want wires everywhere. Rear speakers are wired to sub, which wirelessly connects to soundbar. Love that. Don't like that it only has 1 of each type input. Apparently my TV doesn't pass the signal correctly, so I have to wire direct from sources. I have 2 that use optical, but only 1 optical input on soundbar. Also don't like that the inputs face down; since mine sits on the TV stand, the cords are all bent more severely than I'd like. We'll see how long the cords last; maybe it won't be an issue. Great sound at this price, don't regret it at all.

I don't have any issues with the quality or performance of this system...plays loud and has great surround effects...I've also used it to play music from an mp3 player and even practice guitar through it

Once you get the hang of it, the system is great. Not happy with the delivery/installation crew, as they knew nothing about the set nor how to make it work properly. We had to spend another $200 to get a full Geek Squad pair here to fix it. (And it is still not right.)

The Vizio 5.1 sound system is great and afaffordable. The sound bar alone adds plenty of sound enhancement to the tv but when you add the surround and subwoofer it take movies and game to a whole new level.

I bought these speakers after much deliberation and review of consumer reporting. The cnet review ultimately sold me on the product, and the product does not disappoint. Are there better speakers out there? Absolutely. Are there better sound bars out there for that price? Absolutely not. I recommend these for anyone shopping on a budget who is still looking for some semblance of a true surround sound experience. These suffice, and will probably impress you in the process.

I got this sound bar on sale for about $240 and it's worth a lot more. Very easy set-up. The rear speakers make all the difference. I'm eventually going to buy another one for my bedroom flat screen.

This is great for my small home theater system. Not too much and not too little. The only complaint I have is that the remote does not have a light on it making it impossible to see without light, during the day as well. The only drawback to be honest.

Great sound quality can't beat for the price. Had it purchased for my new samsung 65 240z smart tv. You beat my house shakes and rattles with the a cinema dolly digital effect from this sound bar.

we got this vizio 5.1 sound system to go with an M series 50" tv for our kids' gaming. this was so easy to set up. we love the way the back 2 speakers connect to the sub. exceeded expectations...

I was an early adopter to 5.1 surround but my system had aged over the years. With multiple moves it got harder and harder to want to deal with all the wires associated with setting it up. This was a breeze and with the subwoofer and surround speakers not needing a wire to connect to the bar it made it so nice to have that sound again but without all the wiring. One wire to the TV and the power for the bar and the subwoofer and it is done. Great sound and the seperation is very good. Enjoying it a lot.
