The newer televisions are weak in their sound and some like mine face out the rear giving very little quality as they are built for sound bars or amp systems. This Vizio 5.1 in the 42" is a great addition and really puts out the highs and lows with super no distortion quality sound. I placed the unit under the 70" LG smart tv and extended the blue tooth bass w/ plug in minis as outlined in the literature. The sound is amazing. I'm well satisfied. But the main reason for this review is the fast shipping and processing from Best Buy. That was a work of art and no other supplier has outperformed their transaction including ones I pay an annual payment. Kudos to Best Buy.

I tried out every sound bar set up in best buy this is absolutely the best one they sell

I explored many sound bars in the $200 to $300 range and the Visio was the best value which included back speakers as an added benefit. I can control the sound with the Cox remote. The Visio also included connection cables versus the Samsung that requires you buy a $10 to $40 cable depending on the connectivity you desire.

Not a bad system. Like most out of the box all in ones, the wiring for the rear speakers could be a bit longer, and the sound could be a bit more rich. That being said, the quality overall is excellent for a 5.1 sound bar system. You very much do get what you pay for.
