Vizio has a great product .The sound is great . I put the woofer and satalite speakers in the back of the room to get the rear sound effect . Wow I would recommend this product to everyone. Love the Bluetooth too. Easy to set up.

Awesome surround sound! Perfect for movies or the Saints game! I've always been skeptical of sound bars, but this Visio surround sound came with back speakers and a subwoofer! The sound get loud, crisp, and can rattle your house! I hook my blue tooth up to it when I have friends over and play music. Oh and the set up and connection to yor tv couldn't be easier!

I was skeptical at first when I read the reviews for this system. However, after hooking it up and popping in a Blu-ray movie I was blown away by the sound. I also got this on sale for about $240 so it was a terrific vales also

While not truly "wireless", this sound bar keeps you from stringing cables across the center of the floor. You still have to connect cable behind the couch (or wherever you're going to place the sub and rear speakers) so don't think this is eliminates wires completely. However, I don't care about wires behind the couch - I just don't want them strung across the room from the TV to the back of the couch. This takes care of that. As far as sound quality, it's pretty good. My old system was an Onkyo 7.1 system that sounded phenomenal. This Vizio system doesn't reach that level, but it's respectable and gives good overall sound. You'll have to play with the (3-channel) equalizer and tune the surround and sub levels to where you want them more than usual, though. It seems to me that the sub/bass levels frequently get out of balance with the rest of the system, so I'm constantly turning them up or down to compensate, even during the same movie or program. One minor annoyance - Vizio should know well that the soundbar will be mounted underneath the TV. So...why engineer the plugs on the bar on the bottom? They should be on top so I don't have to wrap the cables behind the bar to get to the TV.

Stumbled on this while surfing best buy.com. Decided it was time to upgrade my 8 year old surround sound system. Very easy to install. Mounted the satellite speakers to the wall behind couch, ran wires down and pluged into the sub box on floor behind couch, plugged sub box into the wall and done. Plug sound bar into outlet then hooked to tv via optical cable. Turned on, sub connected via blue tooth and that was it! Much easier than my old unit. And it sounds awesome! Way better than my old unit. Love blue toothing my phone to it for music. Sound is excellent no matter what the source. Very happy with this purchase!

Purchased this to pair with my 49" Vizio M Class. The Sound with the bar is dramatically increased in quality. The subwoofer kicks great low end and the Satellite speakers really fill out the sound with minimal wires.

I would strongly recommend anyone with a high quality TV (I just bought a 60 inch Samsung plasma) to match it with a high quality sound system. Even some of the best TVs don't have great sound systems. The Vizio 5.1 system has it all, a 42 inch sound bar with full range drivers and tweeters in left and channels and full range drivers in the center, a free standing subwoofer, and two rear satellite speakers. What I appreciated most was how easy it was to set it up and how Vizio provided everything I needed, including wall mount hardware. I am NOT a nerd, and I could hook it up in 15 minutes.

Vizio has really up'd their game, I paired this with a 60"Vizio TV, has been flawless in the last year and half. Biggest complaint, the remote is too dimmed to see most of the time, other than that, great sound.

This was super easy to set up. The sound quality is great. I love having the additional rear speakers without all the wires. I also love having the various inputs to connect more than one audio source.

What you see is what you get and more. I enjoy football games and movies with surround sound. The Bluetooth feature is so nice and functional as well.

The Bose home theater system came to mind first because of its reputation. Unfortunately, the cost of a premium Bose system was well out of my reach. I once owned the unit that sits under the television, but I was not happy with the experience. I thought I was settling for the Visio Home Theater system, but boy was I surprised! The sound quality is excellent for the cost. The room is full of rich sound, which was the goal and it I could not be happier. If you're looking for great sound quality and have a limited budget, look no farther than the Visio system with it included Bluetooth capabilities. I think you will be happy with your purchase, and it not, save the packaging and head back to the store.

I got this for my bf at a really great price. EASY set-up. Sounds great in our little apartment. The one thing I would criticize is that the volume increases significantly from one level to the next.

I purchased this product along with the Vizio M series TV. I had tested out about 5 other soundbars and thought this one was one of the best. Plus it looks great under the Vizio TV. I was a little nervous about the sub and surround speakers because of other reviews I've read. However, after setting up the system(which only took 5 mins) it was easy to pair the sub via Bluetooth, and the surround speakers had enough wire to reach each side of my couch; and my couch is huge! I used the included optical cable to connect it to the TV. If you connect your other devices(cable box, bluray player) via HDMI, all you need is the one optical cable from the TV to the soundbar. Reduces clutter and makes it easy to mount on the wall. I would say it took me about a week to adjust the soundbar to my living room. I watched movies, sports, tv and listed to music to make adjustments to my liking. One of my favorite features is connecting my iphone/pad via Bluetooth to stream music. Its great to be able to control music right from your pocket.

I'm glad I purchased this. It has wireless rear subwoofer and speakers. It sounds great all around. I use it to watch movies and with my xbox one. Got it on sale for $199 plus tax.

The subwoofer is great enough to rumble the bed. Ours is setup in a very long bedroom (TV is opposite so we have the sub and surround by the bed and the soundbar under the TV a good 20+ feet away. Feel like we are at a theater. Can adjust the volume of the soundbar or the sub if it's too loud and the adjustments are a great way to fine tune what we need. Two minor downsides. The remote does not have any kind of night light that I know of, so if you're in the dark, you'd need to pause what you're watching to ensure you're on the right function to turn it down, up, and even more minor than that, if you hold the up or down button it goes quick, so you'll want to click it one at a time or else you'll go from quiet to HOLY COW very quickly. I do love the quality of the sound it puts out though. Don't notice any clipping at high levels.

Power and volume controls automatically get picked up by Vizio TV. Easiest set up I've ever done. Sound is fantastic and plenty loud at 2-3. Surround sound excellent.

I love my new soundbar, the geek squad attached it under my new TV and it sounds amazing... the base gives you that rumbley "in theatre" experience with all my movies!!
