Great sound from a compact setup but first unit was defective, and verified to be so at the store. The exchanged one worked great and they were super nice about testing it at the store before I went home again. The sound is good if you have never had surround. If you have had surround before it just requires some adjustments. The ARC HDMI, is awesome and the variety and ease to connect other devices is really great if you want to stream from another device with out playing with wires. Good job Vizio, better job Best Buy employees at 1037 for delivering great customer service.

This is the first sound system i bought and dont know what is good and bad. I got knocked by neighbor three times in one day at my door for its big sound. May be good to put at single family home.

I purchased this to go along with our Vizio M60 television. We mounted the soundbar beneath the television, placed the subwoofer behind the midsection of a wraparound couch, and mounted the speakers on either end of the couch. This product is a HUGE improvement over the television's built-in sound. At times the bass gets too loud, but the level settings are easily adjustable using either the Vizio TV or soundbar remote.

High build quality and picture. Also own an E-series vizio from same model year, which is decent but construction is inferior. Mostly use this for 1080, when 4k content available 55 inch tv is usually too far/small to be truly effective. If you're serious about getting the benefit of 4k I'd go for 60 inch minimum display size. But good value here that has very good picture quality.

sounds good in all areas big but worth it sounds great!

It was very easy to hook up and we are very pleased with the sound. However, we had to play around with the position of the woofer so that it would stay connected with the Bluetooth. Otherwise it would cut on and off. Make sure there are no obstructions (such as a couch).

I researched sound bars for days before making this purchase and I am happy that I did. I did have trouble setting up the ARC HDMI, but ultimately just used Optical and its worked great ever since

Good quality sound. Only issue is that the remote display does not light up.

I bought the system 2 months ago. Now it does not pair, so I have no sound from the sub woofer or the rear speakers. I sent them proof of purchase etc. They claim that I did not buy it from them, which I didn't. I bought from Best Buy. Their customer service just said "Too bad, talk to Best Buy".

System will not link together for proper operation
