Sounds awesome. A little struggle hooking it up,but I blame it on novice error.

So, I'll start by saying the sound on this system is fantastic. The main bar clarity is amazing for dialog and with a little balancing, the whole system does a good job of immersing you in the experience for both movies and video games. My only real complain is running via HDMI-ARC. This could very well be user error, but I'm doing everything right that I know of... It seems that SOMETIMES when I switch inputs on my TV to my PS4 system, it will have no sound unless I switch inputs on the sound bar. Sometimes, the sound will work fine. Othertimes, the sound will be on for the PS4 menu but gone if I start a blueray. This can usually be solved by cycling through the inputs (all the way back to the one I was on). So it seems like a glitch. If this gets resolved or I found out I'm doing something wrong on my end...5 stars easy.

Sure, Bose is great but the sound with this Vizio set is almost as comparable to the $$$$ Bose system for 60% off the price

Highly recommend. Able to mount satellite speakers. Already comes with long wires. Sounds great, Bluetooth a definite plus.

System is easy to set up, with many input/output options. All cables needed are included, no need to spend the extra money in cables.

My first sound bar package. I say package as this one has its subwoofer and left and right rear speakers that can be moved around and/or mounted. Easy to hook up and the sound quality is amazing . Have it paired to my 55" LG Roku smart tv. It doesn't turn off with the tv but figure I may be missing something with my setting's configuration. You won't be sorry with this purchase.

The soundbar and subwoofer sound terrific for the price, good mids and lows, and not too bright. That said, I am not overly-satisfied with the satellite speakers. Sound is a little warbly, and can be a tad on the tinny side. I do not believe this is due to the sub's distance from the soundbar (the head unit), as the sound quality did not improve when I placed the sub next to the bar. With that said, this is still a decent system, however, I will be holding out on that last star due to the iffy satellites.

The Vizio SB3851 with 5.1 surround sound is a perfect match with my Vizio M422i. Easy to unpack and simple to set up. Just plug it in and it connects with the subwoofer immediately. Fit my den and only the sound bar is noticed. The subwoofer and satellite speakers are hidden behind my couch cushions. Performs nicely at low volumes, so that is doesn't disturb others in the house.

The best surround sound I have owned so far! Great quality in sound and base coming from the subwoofer. Not lacking volume what so ever!!

great sound system pricey but worth all the money i spent on it

Took five minutes to set up the install was very straightforward the sound quality is amazing. Thus far I've been very impressed with the quality and reliability of the system and do recommend this to anybody who needs a surroundsound system especially for Apartments.

I am super impressed with this soundbar system, and I was skeptical. I tried several others, mostly for more money, and this was the best all around. Great quality, advanced features: Bluetooth, ARC, etc, great bass. Our Sony XBR65810C TV automatically connected and controls the bar, powering it on and off. We think it's great, and that's after trying several, even a better and bigger one from Vizio.

This surround system works well for movies and sports. Excellent bass from the subwoofer and the sound bar works great also.

An affordable stereo sound system and it's an improvement over the tinny sound of a flatscreen's speakers. Not exactly a surround sound experience but adequate for a small apartment.

This product is an excellent balance of features, sound, and price. The balance of highs, mids, and lows is very good. Sub puts out a lot for its size. I agree with the other reviews that it could stand to be a bit punchier - sometimes certain tight bass sounds like a hip-hop beat feel a bit sluggish. Overall though, this is an excellent product and I have already recommended it to friends.

So I read reviews on this item before purchasing. I got it home and set it up. I took my LG soundbar that I had and put it in another room. The first time I listened to it I was like its cool and sounds great. However, the controls for the sub and balance are impossible to see on the little tiny readout on the remote unlike the LG that has it on the soundbar and can be read from across the room. Secondly, there is really no effects or EQ adjustment on it. Again, the LG has all of that which I love to use different timings for Sports, clear voice, movie, and gaming. If I had it to do over, I would have spent more for the klipsch or just got another LG. DONT GET ME WRONG....the unit sounds really good but you have no idea what input is on as it's just a little bar of lights on the soundbar that "tells" you plus there's really no sound adjusting. What you get is what you get....so get a different one.
