    Great starter soundbar if upgrading from just your TV speakers. There can be some significant audio delay issues if watching via sat receiver, but the issue was mostly fixed by switching from Bitstream to PCM.

    Great speakers for under $300. HDMI ARC reliability depends entirely on the TV, but otherwise the speakers are great.

    The optical audio cable was a VERY TIGHT FIT in the back of this thing. I had to use pliers to jam it in before it kicked on. The documentation didn't mention this might be a problem, and I fussed about with this thing for HOURS before I figured it out. It also appeared as though the optical audio in socket had a particular orientation that the cable needed to be turned to before it would fit. But that was impossible to tell. I got lucky. Once all is said and done, it sounds terrific. But beware. You have to force that cable in.
