Reason for 1 less star is Wires are too large for the speakers and OPT cable for soundbar is too small. Over all product is great.

Our TV has Auto Volume that keeps a even sound thru TV speakers when commercials and channel changes but this sound bar doesn't do that so the volume is all over the place when commercials come on or channel changes. Now we only use the sound bar with streaming that has no commercials. Kind of a waste really.

It was having an issue with the volume going up by itself. I tried everything in the settings on the tv. To fix this issue you must upgrade the software on the unit by going to vizio site and downloading the software on a thumb drive formatted to fat32. Unplug power on sound bar install thumb drive and hook power back up. Lights will turn on when it is finished it will continually blink once this happens unplug thumb drive and it is done.
