My only complaint is that the subwoofer will lose its pairing with the sound bar usually due to power outage or some other issue and we have to disconnect the wires and almost reboot it. It's annoying but other than that its been working great. we connected it to TV with a firestick and have been able to use the remote for that to adjust the volume.

The sound quality has been good when working correctly. My biggest issue is the back speakers do cut in and out depending on if the surround sound is on and needed. It is very obvious if you are close to the back speakers and very distracting when they cut in and out. For the cost they are good option especially if you are not right on top of the back speakers.
