The quality of sound at this price point is unparalleled. Fantastic surround sound and bass. Very easy to sync with my Apple TV remote and Samsung TV. I purchased a week before the Black Friday sale and when I was realized it was discounted by $100, I called Best Buy customer service and they refunded the difference. Excellent experience all around. Highly recommend.

It's not what you'd get with a multimedia amp and speakers, but it's a lot of sound for not much money. Very easy to set up. I've bought two and sent a third as a gift. Both setups were easy, especially the newer TV with HDMI ARC outlet - basically plug it in and it works. The older TV with plain HDMI took a little more effort. Had to use the optical sound connector cable, set the TV to use external sound, and then teach the Vizio to recognize the TV/cable remotes' volume signals. But still straightforward, and they include and label all of the possible cables you might need. Very smart design and packaging.

For the price, its a really great system. Its not the ultimate best, nor is it the worst. It gets the job done and the quality of the sound is good. The bass definitely makes watching tv more enjoyable. Spreading the speakers around gives you that full experience while watching tv. Although it would affect the quality of the sound, it would be great if the two small speakers didnt need a cable to the bass.

this is a great soundbar for the value. Deep booming bass and loudness to surround your whole house with some action! I bought my first Vizio 5.1 during black friday in 2015 and the unit has come a long way in 2020 when I purchased my second set. The improvements were all for the better. Easy to set up, and really improved my tv experience. I Honestly wish I could give this a 4.5/5 because I only have two issues: The two issues are: (1) Slight audio lag when using HDMI ARC (which the instruction recommends is the best input method). the other input methods make it worse. oh well, it's not terrible. (2) I also Can't get the google assistant to link with my soundbar, maybe someone can reply to this comment and let me know.

I wish that I could give this more star's than 5 star's iI would give this sound bar a 10. Have been looking to replace my old sound bar with a new one. And when I went to best buy and seen this one on Display and was able to go and try it out. I was sold on it. Also hooking it up was really easy and also the lay out in the box and everything that you get is so great. The sound WOW! there was no other better movie to test it with than the original movie Jurassic Park movie. Try it out it's amazing.

For the money, this is an incredible system for a smaller room. It’s immediately upgraded the experience in our den/office, and its HDMI-Arc and Bluetooth connections means we can seamlessly switch from TV to different gaming consoles to streaming music from our mobile devices. It doesn’t have the full dynamic range and depth of a top-end home theater surround system but it’s more than enough for most users, including us, and the quality is superb for the price point. Buying a second one for the bedroom tv has been seriously considered.

Easy to install, excellent sound feels like you are in a theater, great price and worth it. Quick delivery arrived a day earlier and absolutely easy to order online.

Maybe it's my setup but the surround sound quality is not quite like I have heard it through other systems. However, the sound and subwoofer addition is actually really good. I especially like the ability to control voice enhancement to help understand the dialog better. The remote is a quality piece of engineering also. I really like the LCD display. Also I like that I can control basic volume for the system through my TV remote's regular sound up and down controls. I did not even have to program this. It detected it automatically. And yes I use the HDMI hookup for the best sound setup. Surround sound is the only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating. Great system though.

I really really like this surround sound. I had a sound bar and sub woofer older vizio product so I am familiar with the brand, However it has a few cons in comparison; It will randomly disconnect from phone and just not play music after extended periods of listening and then take a while to reconnect. It is not meant for parties or playing music for a crowd. It does not get very loud unless sitting on the couch watching a movie surrounded by the speakers. Pros; when using an HDMI and attached to the tv never had connection problems, great sound, and loved the upgrade of the remote - made it so much easier to use and switch formats.

So far, I’m loving this set up! I went from a 2.1 sound bar with subwoofer to this and wow, I never knew what I was missing out on. Video games are super immersive. Haven’t tested out a good movie yet but regular tv shows sound great. The bar itself has beautiful sound and then you add in the surround and sun. The bass is insane. I have the subwoofer behind my couch and the whole couch vibrates. I love it. And I love how you can customize the equalizer for every little setting. Very happy with this purchase!

For the money, this is an awesome soundbar. There's lot of different settings and EQ to customize the sound. The sound quality is about 7-8 out of 10, which is great for the price. Sometimes voices sound muffled, but it usually depends on what you're watching. It's good for movies, music and games. The surround speakers have long wires to place in different spots. The subwoofer is very powerful, and can be turned up or down. Overall, it's a very good system, especially for the price. I'd highly recommend it, especially for 1st timers or people on a budget.

This is an incredible value. The sun is smaller than comparable models but loud enough for music that I feel I have to turn it down. Remote is awesome and makes setup really easy. Customizable EQ. Sounds awesome for movies and all sorts of music. Satellite speakers are just ok but definitely add the surround effect and aren’t distracting at all. They ARE wired to the sub, though. If you are considering it, just do it. You won’t be sorry.

This is the first "small" audio system for the home that I have owned and I have to say I'm very impressed with the quality as well as all the sound customization features it has. I also like the fact I can move the sub woofer and rear speakers anywhere I want and dont need to hide wires as they connect via wireless connection to main sound bar. If your looking for a compact surround sound system that has plenty of power, high sound quality and ease of use then you will be very satisfied with this product, and if you want to use it with a system other then Vizio you are good to go.

I can’t say enough good about this Vizio soundbar. The surround effect is great thanks to the tiny satellite rear speakers, the bass is tight and not muffled or to boomy. Dialogue is clear and crisp. With movies this system truly rocks !!! Super easy and quick to setup, everything you need is included in the box, even the ACR HDMI cable. I am not new to soundbars and have owed many over the years, this is definitely a great system, especially at only $200 !!!! Buy it, you will not regret it !!!!

This sound bar was the perfect purchase that I needed to take my sound to another level. The settings allow for multiple different sounds from movies, music, and talk radio just to name a few. Aldo allowing me to adjust the bass on the subwoofer depending on what type of music I listen to. Awesome purchase

Love this product. It was replacing a bigger system I had that I thought would be tough to replace in the sound quality dept...this one has done it. Install was a breeze, literally just selected HDMI arc on my tv (2020 model LG 72in UHD 4k) and it was on. The small speakers are powerful and the sub has plenty of thump and is adjustable somewhat. The remote is pretty rad as well, digital readout along the top. All in all, would highly recommend for average sized living room/family room. The unboxing experience was pretty cool, too. Anyway, quit reading and buy one or two.

Sounds fantastic, easy to set up, ATMOS feature really adds depth and dimension to content encoded for it. Superb value, too.
