    The quality of the product is fine but I couldn't believe I had to delay the installation of the speakers because the manufacturer didn't include any screws. Unbelievable...

    Okay, I can understand why someone would buy this. Their living space cannot fit a full sized system or they want some better sound at an affordable price. Yes, this delivers somewhat. However, after some usage, I never could wrap my mind around the sound quality. Voices were too tinny. I had to raise the sound to 80 on the center for it to sound decent and even then it sounded awful at times. Overall, I would not buy this. Instead I opted to do a more traditional sound system and it blows this system out of the water.

    Easy to set up..remote based visual menus...slightly small on the sound feel. Would be ideal for small rooms but you might want to go elsewhere if the room is 20 x 15 or larger.

    It was okay out of the box but its only been at most 3 weeks and its already glitching. Previously i had the 36inch smart cast which is an older product but much better sound except for one day the soundbar just didn’t turn on. Maybe its just Vizio itself but I set this up in about 10 minutes and it worked fine for a while but then the sound would go in and out, the volume randomly and independently fluctuates and somehow the max volume changes. If you get one if these get the protection plan or you’ll be sorry

    The sound bar and subwoofer sound pretty good for the price but the “surround sound” speakers are terrible, they cut in and out randomly.

    During initial setup, I couldn't get it to work. After several attempts and even hooking it up to a different TV, it suddenly started working and has worked great since.

    It’s okay. Sometimes it’ll crackle and pop during loud scenes. My friend has the Dolby atmos sound bar and I wish I would have forked out more money for it. You get what you pay for.
