    Bought this as an "open box" item. Although the box was beat up pretty bad, everything was accounted for and appears undamaged. Quality seem very good.

    I m fully satisfied with new sound bar but the warranty period by best buy is not even a month. I bought on July 21 2020 and it says not returnable after Aug 05.2020.

    My surround sound works pretty good. The rear speakers could be bigger or louder. However all in all its pretty good.
