Subwoofer isn’t as great as the last Vizio sound bar I purchased. However, sounds good for the price!! Remote and sound controls are great though. Easily pairs with my TV.

Very easy to setup. The sound and quality is great. Hooks to my tv and it has Bluetooth capability. So far - I’m very pleased.

This is a really good basic system. If you're looking for a bit better sound than your TV at a good price, this system would fit your needs. It was easy to setup, it adds a good amount of volume, and the price is great. You may find yourself wanting more, as is often the case with these kinds of systems. This will not give you the true surround sound experience, but it gets close.

Bought this system for my room. Watching movies and tv shows never felt so vivid. The rear speakers with the subwoofer just add so much realism to whatever I am watching

I bought this soundbar based on good reviews. It performs well for the price. The base is adequate and the speakers good. If you're looking for a low end soundbar at a good price this will deliver. Don't expect the sound of a high end soundbar. You can connect anything Bluetooth to this system I had difficulty getting it to work properly at first, but Vizio customer service was excellent and we got it going.

Outstanding Sound System. The subwoofer is already paired to the sound bar at the factory. It's so easy to setup. Just Plug and Play. The kit comes with all the possible cables etc. that anyone would need to connect to any TV. I recommend using an HDMI cable and plugging it into the HDMI-ARC port on your TV. This automatically feeds all components, such as BluRay players, Apple TV, Roku, etc. to the sound bar without having to manually change the Source. Very convenient. I highly recommend this system.

This Vizio 5.1 soundbar replaces an entry-level Samsung 2.1 soundbar that's over 10 years old. I've been using it for about a week, and the Vizio soundbar is a very noticeable improvement over the older Samsung. I was becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the Samsung's ability to render dialog clearly, which is the primary reason for my Vizio purchase. The Vizio is much better with dialog, and produces a very good sound stage overall, especially considering that it doesn't support Dolby Atmos. But I knew that going in, so I gladly accepted this limitation in exchange for better affordability. The only negatives I would mention are: (1) The sound is sometimes perceptibly delayed behind the video. This effect has been very inconsistent, and appears infrequently (not more than one out of ten power-on cycles). The delay is occasionally enough to be a distraction -- at least a half second. I've discovered that a power-off/power-on cycle usually fixes this issue, but it's annoying when it happens. I updated to the latest firmware version (2.1.1.3), but that didn't help. (2) After applying the firmware update, the volume level is now very different depending on which TV input I've selected. This is not a serious issue, but it's annoying to have to adjust the volume level just because I switched from a streaming service to my cable box. I tried turning on the "TruVolume" feature, which is a sound leveler, but that didn't address this issue. Looks like I'll just have to live with it. In general, I think this soundbar was a good buy, and I would recommend it to a friend.

I have a very large living room with high vaulted ceilings. The sound on this system is tremendous! Very easy to install. I’ve purchased and returned several sets of hearing aids because when someone’s talking on tv and there’s music playing in the background, it all just becomes noise. The Sonos Arc voice enhancement solved that problem. So happy with this purchase.

I have been using this product for little over a year and i cannot tell in words how much it makes my movie experience even better. Sound quality is amazing, surround speaker could be better, but for a medium size room, it shouldn’t be an issue. Overall for this price range, its definitely a product worth considering.

There may be better and more expensive bundles out there, and there may be cheaper and worse. But I dont think you can beat the value you get in this box. Sound quality is fantastic. You get all the wires and hookups you need. Even for the little book shelf speakers. And you get plenty of length to place them just about anywhere you could want. I cant recommend this enough. Especially if you are like me, going from no external sound other than your tv's speakers. This set sounds amazing and bring everything to life.

The soundbar is relatively easy to set up and control, has several options for connecting to your TV, and it sounds better than you might expect for the price. The directions aren't the best with this system so it might require a bit more time for the technically challenged. This system is not top of the line, but you shouldn't expect it to be for the price point. It's a huge improvement over the speakers that are built into the TV.We are very pleased with this soundbar.

I’m giving 5 stars because you won’t find a better 5.1 system with punchy bass for less. But remember it’s 250$ so don’t expect the world. For a bedroom setup it’s hard to beat. Let’s you spend more on your main system while still getting surround sound with enough bass to feel the movie/music.

Great quality for the price. Great sound, powerful subwoofer, good build and build quality. Multiple options and customizations are great as well. Was definitely beyond my expectations. Came with HDMI and all needed cables and mounts.

The VIZIO 5.1 Channel V-Series Soundbar will not disappoint. This system brought my movie and televison watching to a whole new level. Placing the subwoofer in the rear of my lving room next to my couch created vibrations that I thought only possible in the theater

A good bet for up to a fair sized space. Great sound and bass without overwhelming. Reasonably straightforward set-up. Fair pricing for the quality.

Great sound, the only thing I dont like is the lack of buttons on the center channel. Everything is done with the remote.

Really great sound quality for the price. I love how easy this sound bar system was to set up and works perfectly with my tv's remote to control sound and power is you use the HDMI arc plug in your tv. I liked being able to tweak all the highs, mids, and lows to my liking and being able to change how the surround sound works is a great feature. However, I noticed on certain tv shows/movies, the surround sound cuts out intermittently, especially in quiet parts of show/movie. Also we will randomly hear some sort of clicking sound out of the main sound bar, but that happens very infrequently.

Got this for my husband as a surprise, he was so excited ! He loves it!! It definitely adds excitement to movie nights!! The bass is amazing and loud- it adds an entirely new element to watching a movie or our favorite shows!! Definitely recommend !!
