    It’s ok. Had to return to Vizio once because of some strange constant rumble sound from the subwoofer. Their customer service wasn’t bad. New one sort of does it too, less noticeable in game mode. It’s a known issue if you search it.Good for the price, but you can probably do better

    It was easy to set up and works great so far! Best Buy is my go to for electronics and have not had any issues with anything I have purchased.

    The speakers sound nice when they want to work the 2 small speakers aren’t equal in sound and some time it will freeze and make a loud noise causing me to unplug and plug it back in (happens twice a day) and the Bluetooth doesn’t want to pair with my tv. It’s a great price but I bought a sound bar before this one that was way cheaper and worked way better

    Works well for the price point, the surround sound is nice for movies that feature it well. Need to get a stand or anchors for the wall.

    This product just isn't working for my family. We can barely hear sound coming from the speakers, every now and then we might hear a boom or two. But this just isn't what I read in the reviews about how great this surround sound was so great.

    Amazing sound, no doubt but it does not support HomePod (Siri) as Virtual Assistant as claimed in the descriptions in the BestBuy's website, this was confirmed by Vizio's customer support.

    Speakers and Subwoofer cut out constantly, BEWARE

    STAY AWAY! BUYER BEWARE! All of these 5 star reviews got me and I purchased this and am already planning on taking it back. The subwoofer and surround sound speakers (the 2 little guys) cut out constantly during dialouge or quieter scenes, then pop back in abruptly during action scenes. This is VERYYYY distracting and it will drive you nuts. There is no fix for it. Google this model number + speakers cutting out and you will see that many people have this issue. VIZIO has 0 ways to fix it. DO NOT BUY!!

    Love the system so far. Sub sounds pretty good. Has a digital display on control which is helpful. use it for games, movies, and music.

    The sound bar itself has good quality sound is why it gets a 2 instead of a 1. However it has a terrible lag time between the lips moving and the sound. I believe it is set properly, but still cannot get the sound to match.

      Hello tsip1958, sorry to hear that you're having trouble. That's not at all the experience we'd like for our customers. Typically, a lip sync issue can be narrowed down with troubleshooting. If the lip sync is off while watching content on your favorite apps, that indicates that we would want to troubleshoot network connections. If the lip sync issues only happen on cable or satellite boxes, we will then want to troubleshoot settings on each individual device. For that troubleshooting we will typically start with the TV, moving to any VIZIO audio devices if used, and then finally to the cable or satellite box.     I returned it right away. I had a vizio surround sou d for the past 6 years that just died one day. I decided to try again but it seems as though the stuff they made 6 years ago was much better quality. Both systems being in the same price reange you would expect the same quality. That is not true. The newer system has been completely cheaped down. Smaller sound bar, smaller rear speakers, and smaller sub woofer. My old system could easily fill a room with great sound but this new one had to be turned way up and the quality just wasnt there. Not to mention the bass basically didnt exist. The 5 inch sub is a joke. I feel like vizio still makes a good product but they have changed the price range. What used to be good for $250 is now their expensive stuff and their $250 stuff is junk.

    Product received and we'll packaged. Very easy to setup. All necessary audio cables come with speakers. Quality of sound is not the greatest as there is often times a delay in sound and will correct itself. Lastly surround speakers must be plugged in to subwoofer so not wireless.

    When I originally bought this I was extremely happy. Then the rear speakers started cutting out. I called Vizio and spent the next 2 hours on the phone trying to fix the problem. The only thing that did was make it worse. After that call my surround sound was stuck on level 19. I took it back to Best Buy and got another 1. Worked great for about 5 months, until the rear speakers started going on and off again. Called Vizio again and after another hour or so on the phone they sent me another 1. Literally out of the box it did the exact same thing. I replaced all of the wires and hdmi cables with no change. I checked that firmware was current and it was. I called Vizio AGAIN and they were no help. She just kept telling me to run a speaker test even after we hadn’t changed anything. I tried explaining that it worked 90% of the time, but she didn’t seem to understand my problem. I ended up getting frustrated and hung up. I purchased the protection plan, so hopefully I can get something that works. The irritating part is that I bought a Vizio TV and surround sound together thinking it would be less problematic. After all of this I am done with Vizio.
