    This stated to be wireless, they should be more descriptive on the usage of wireless. The picture also shows no cord, which would set assumptions that there is no cord connecting any of the speakers. Very disappointing to see that the surround sounds are wired to the base. It was upsetting because it defeated the purpose of purchasing because I already have a video and purchase this one for the simple fact that the one I have is also wired to the base and I don’t like the look of the wires in my living room.

    Bluetooth issues

    It's a decent sound. It has the usual Vizio software glitches. The biggest issue is that anyone can connect to your Bluetooth. There is a firmware to fix but it will not update. This issue is all over the internet.

Bluetooth connections are designed so that only audio can be played on the sound bar when the sound bar is on the Bluetooth input, the sound bar will manually need to be changed to the Bluetooth input. The Bluetooth connection also requires a close proximity to the devices for them to pair and communicate.     I really liked the sound quality of the speakers, but the sound keeps cutting in and out. This drastically takes you out of what you are watching.

    The speakers have feedback that messes with the sound. Weve tried messing with the wires and moved the speakers around but nothing worked.

    I previously had a Polk and unfortunately it does not compare Really doesn’t sound like “surround”

    TV connectivity

    I’m very disappointed with this product. I have always loved the Vizio brand but I guess my tv is too out of date because I can’t get the sound bar to connect via HDMI Arch, or the other two options provided. I’m also unable to get the subwoofer to connect to the sound bar but maybe the sound bar I got was defective. Either way, I’m going to return it because what’s the point if it doesn’t work, I just hope it isn’t a big hassle.

    Didn't work and couldn't get another one

    I purchased this on sale for $199. When it arrived I hooked it up and I noticed the right rear channel wasn't working. I tried switching the speaker wires, and the one now hooked up to the right rear channel didn't work. I used the built in speaker test and there was just silence for the right rear speaker. When I called bestbuy they told me to bring it back and they would exchange it for a new one. I had to disconnect and unmount everything. When I get to the store they tell me they don't have one in the store and that they can't ship me another one. They did offer to sell me a "comparable system" for twice what I paid for the i had to return. I did waste my time buying it and returning it, but at least I still have the 6 holes in my walls to remind me of it.

    We've had this system since 11/23/2020. Today is 12/17/2020. When we switch from one TV show to another channel all sound quits except for a LOUD BUZZING SOUND that will not stop until we turn off the sound bar system. We've no idea what is wrong. I even replaced the optical cable. This is SOOOOOO frustrating. Our TV is a two year old Samsung 65" HD TV. Oh well. I guess I cannot take it back since we've had it too long. So, I just wasted $150.00. Vizio: never ever again.
