    The soundbar worked fine for audio quality, but I could not get it to properly sync with my TV, even using eARC and native apps on my tv, there was notable delay and the volume refused to budge some days while being overly responsive on others. I have returned the product for a TCL bar that works much better for my TCL TV.

    Does what it’s meant to do. Gets static at times and crackling. Have to pause my tv and unpause for it to go away. Might try the optical hook up instead of the hmdi and see if it works better.

    Not really what I expected. It's not bad but at the same time not great. may be that's what we get for the price and feel like spending little more to get better one.

    Problem with Vizio and xfinity. There is not a code for the xfinity remote to work bot tv and sound bar. Has to do a work around. Not cool

      Hello Person, thank you for taking time to leave us your review. While not as a common as programming the cable remote to the TV, it possible for some sound bars to be programmed as well. There are a few universal remote codes; 0660, 0883, 1517, and 31517. The sound bar model V51 also has what is calling a Program Remote Learn feature. This is accessed by going to SETUP > PrgRemote . Use the Next/Previous buttons and OK button to toggle and select and program your TV remote to control the Volume Down, Volume Up, and Mute functions on your sound bar. See the Programing the Sound Bar on page 24 section for more information, or if you have any questions or need any assistance, we are available through text message, chat, or over the phone.     I’m a little disappointed. Theirs a snapping sound from the sub woofer that’s annoying. Other than that, it’s a decent system for the price.

    Setting up and installing by Best Buy

    Best Buy delivered it and set it up and a new TV as well and it was up and running quite fast but the wires did just dropped behind the TV look like a bird nest. It was a mess. It took me an hour to clean it up getting zip ties on everything that part was not done Correctly .

    I see Vizio products well reviewed by "professional" websites like RTINGS but my experience has been nothing but poor. Even their premium products very rarely last more than 1 or 2 years of moderate use. I purchased this soundbar in March 2022. Didn't start using it full-time until May 2022. It was dead by December 2023 with the soundbar no longer turning on. Compare that to the Samsung one I got that lasted for 6 years before it started to cut in and out. The same thing with the Vizio TV I purchased in 2019, it didn't last past 2021 vs the Samsung one I got in 2010 that's still going strong. My advice, stay far away from Vizio, their craftsmanship is shotty at best.

    The sound goes in and out on this system. When it is working it sounds great. Tried changing location of speakers and Subwoofer with no success.
