    Worked great for about 12.5 months. One day, sound bar randomly lost connection to subwoofer and would not reestablish connection despite using troubleshooting guides and contacting Vizio and BestBuy for support. Only option was to send to Vizio directly and hope they can fix it (sending it to Vizio would have cost almost half the purchase price, not to mention additional cost of any repairs). The connection was lost after 1 year warranty expired and so I was out of luck. Sound bar still works but subwoofer and surround speakers are useless (small drink table maybe). Google searches showed others with similar issue. Unlucky.

    Sound is ok...won't turn ok with my tv anymore, it turns itself off frequently....the sound is up and down...sound leveling doesnt work from different streaming services.

    Rear speakers works for 2 weeks then boom not more sounds, don't know why,the most trow money on the drain,thanks God black friday is coming so samsung can arrive at my tv,never had a problem whit the samsums ones,hope vizio fix that big problem because even doind all u can see on on the web or youtube

    Good alternative to your tv speakers and budget friendly. Quality could be better, Sometimes gives a static sound through the sound bar. Will be returning soon.

    Beware. You get what you paid for…

    For $200 I think is worth it… If it could’ve lasted longer than 5 weeks. Main issue with the system was the constant disconnect of the Subwoofer and rear speakers which happened 5 weeks in with the system. Vizio support told me to update it. Bad decision! Made the cutting off much more frequent, and lingered around much longer. Couldn’t even get through a 3 minute song without the subwoofer and rear speakers cutting off for a whole chorus. Could’ve exchanged it but I’m not risking this again. Especially with their being no fix online. All Vizio can do is just replace it but I don’t want to through with the hassle. This is my first and last Vizio product.

    Weird static noise

    Makes a weird static noise randomly . I've made sure none of the wires are messed up. I'm not sure what the cause is. Threw away the box prematurely.

    Satellite speakers and subwoofer loose connection every minute for about 3 seconds. Not the worst thing in the word but definitely annoying

    We bought this for a Christmas gift. Works ok, but the mouths are off for the sound, and it has trouble staying connected via bluetooth.

      Hello bestbuymama, sorry to hear that you're having trouble. That's not at all the experience we'd like for our customers. Typically, a lip sync issue can be narrowed down with troubleshooting. If the lip sync is off while watching content on your favorite apps, that indicates that we would want to troubleshoot network connections. If the lip sync issues only happen on cable or satellite boxes, we will then want to troubleshoot settings on each individual device. For that troubleshooting we will typically start with the TV, moving to any VIZIO audio devices if used, and then finally to the cable or satellite box.
