Don’t Do It

I had this sound bar connected to a projector and it worked for 2-3 months. Now it cuts out every 30 seconds to a minute. I’ve checked the wires. I’ve reset all settings. I’ve unplugged it. The only thing left is to pray over the thing because it ain’t worth nothing if it continues to cut out while watching an intense movie.

Sound cuts out all the time to the subwoofer.

Good sound with an annoying glitch

I even received a replacement product from Vizio and the same thing still happens. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you are interested in the surround sound aspect of this product.

Great for a while...

Now we are playing the game of where can we put the subwoofer so the bar communicates while also not having cords run all through my living room.

Mostly pleased

I had to recommend the TV even though I’m having some issues with my apps anything could have an issue but overall I’ve been really happy with the color and quality of the TV.

Audio frequently cuts out

Also there are random static sounds that occur from time to time but that isn't frequent and can be overlooked but when watching movies the audio keeps cutting out about every 20 to 30 seconds almost making the movie unwatchable. Unless that is fixed I do not recommend this sound bar.

Troubles after 1 year

Tech support tried a few things but did not fix it. The soundbar was 2 weeks out of warranty and they would not help me with a new system. So sad for a company like Vizio to have such little grace to just make it right. So buyer beware, plan on getting extended warranty or use credit card which adds it on automatically because Vizio will drop you like a bad habit the day after warranty.

1.1.0.7 Firmware Update does NOT fix audio issues!

You can scroll down and read all the 1 and 2 star reviews showing the issue. Also you can google the issue which has been around since July 2020 and they just recently released a firmware "fix" that does nothing after updating unit.
