In-home experience was not the same. It gave me more boost but took up more room and gather dust. Not worth it.

Broken after 24 months.

Vizio support says it’s out of warranty (which it is, that’s fair) and you can’t buy just the sound bar and reuse the sub and rear speakers. I’m not sure if I’m mad at the sub par quality - 24 months isn’t long for a sound bar. Seriously. Or if I’m mad that they designed the system to be not usable with a replacement main bar. It’s just bad design and wasteful

Subwoofer

Best Buy only gives 15 days to return. Called Vizio who may replace. On line, shows that Vizio does have reoccurring problems with their subwoofers.

Like if your playing music through Bluetooth it pauses a lot which is annoying, especially if you're singing your heart out and then there's a silent pause ;(

connectivity issues

Don't buy Open Box

It did not. The remote, mounting brackets, and speaker wires were all missing. When best buy support was contacted I was basically told tough luck since the return date had passed by just a few days (holiday purchase that wasn't opened until late January). So I had to buy the missing parts.
