    Constant rumbling from subwoofer

    From day 1 of ownership, this speaker system has had an issue with constant rumbling coming from the subwoofer whenever any audio is sent to it, no matter what the volume. The rumbling never ends and gets aggravating to listen to very quickly. This has been a known issue with this system for a long time as many customers have reported this problem. It was supposed to go away with a firmware patch but it never did. I highly don't recommend this system.

    Bought this item and upon opening the box there was a dirty white sock with bugs crawling on it. Just gross!

    Merchandise is awesome, great present, we love it but you delivered it to my house without being covered up so my boyfriend came home from work and it was on the porch in plain sight. I called and got no help

    Initially worked fabulous, as time goes on it seems to cut in and out for a few seconds randomly.

    I have this for a few months and the surround speakers are already starting to go in and out. I’d advise all potential buyers to consider another brand

    Not true surround sound

    Well, our's is not surround sound. We paid for the geek squad install with our tv and the tech said he couldn't install it, as he was trained in surround install, only sound bars, another tech would need to come out. 2 weeks have passed, no calls back to setup the appointment. I finally decided to try to install it myself. Well, we're missing the mounting screws and the zip tie to tie up the loose wire. So needless to say, its just 3.1 not 5.1 as advertised

    Be Warned

    One year and it died. Be warned. One day it stopped having blue tooth connectivity, the hardwire connection via optical and HDMI stopped working

    Not a good purchase

    This is the third Vizio sound bar we have purchased. Decided to buy a new sounds bar when the first one we bought several years ago quit... well the new one would not pair with the included subwoofer! So After trying and having our son come over to set it up, we resorted to calling Vizio and were told we needed to update the software in the sound bar. However we could not download the update to a flash drive!! We ultimately returned it and were given an LG.... got it home and I doesn’t have the rear speakers!!!! Have just given up at this point!!!

    Muffled and intermittent surround sound speakers

    I’m very frustrated with this unit. I noticed a few months after having it, the surround sound speakers were very muffled sounding and intermittent…so I filed a warranty complaint and they sent me a new unit. This makes me think maybe it’s something else? Like because the speakers are near my router or I just got another bad unit? This is so frustrating.

    Difficult to setup, Volume was poor and I couldn’t sync the Bluetooth and the audio. So I returned it.

    Garbage sound bar

    This sound bar is garbage, I used it about 5 times in 3 weeks and now it doesn’t want to power on. I try to reboot, disconnected the power cable waited seconds or a minute then I press the power button and hold it for 10 seconds, connected back again to the outlet and still doesn’t power on, I’m returning this item right now

    Works long enough for the warranty to expire

    Worked well for a few months then the 2 back speakers stopped working almost entirely. They go in and out so much we had to unplug them.

    Sound bar problem

    The sound bar stopped working twice. We set it up the first time with the assistance of Geek Squad by phone for an older TV. Purchased a new TV and it was set up again by Geek Squad installation team. Everything else works fine, but sound bar stopped working again after a few weeks. Using regular TV audio now.

    Sub woofer issues

    Was amazing until the subwoofer started cutting in & out non stop. Very disappointing. Worked great for two weeks , literally until I couldn’t return it.

    Not a fan of this product. Hasn’t worked correctly since we purchased it. Have called Vizio Customer Service multiple times. Product is still under warranty but they’ve made it so hard to contact them that I have about given up.
