    I've had this for a little over a month and have already had issues with it responding to the remote. And yes, I've put new batteries in the remote. I've even stood in front of the soundbar and attempted to use the remote to no avail. Remote allows me to choose settings and works. Soundbar is questionable.

    Missing Power cord

    Great speakers for the price, but they shorted me the power cord for the subwoofer! That’s okay… Found one on Amazon for $11… The open box should have had two power cords… One for the Sound Bar and one for the Subwoofer. It came with only one power cord. Quality Control before packing is lacking…

Open box items have varying conditions that will state whether the item is 'like new' all the way down to 'functional but missing necessary components, think a laptop missing a charger as an example. Most open box items can be inspected in-store by you before purchasing. VIZIO

    Lasted about 4 months, rear speakers stopped working then the subwoofer and then wouldn’t turn on after then. Didn’t buy brand new but expected to get at least a year out of it…

    These speakers continuously cut in and out, and this is my second purchase thinking I just had a bad one previously. Would never recommend this.

    Not compatible with my wall bracket

    I was not able to attach the bar to my tv mount. The screws on the mount didn’t fit with the pieces of this bar.
