Don’t buy.

After a few weeks the subwoofer makes a constant popping sound to the point that we can’t use it. We checked on line and it seems to be a common issue.

Don't Waste Your Money

The subwoofer and surround speakers keep cutting out and randomly shutting down. I've reset it, tried different connections and it's the same all around.

Disappointing

Stopped syncing to my TV and smart remote. Rear speakers will disconnect. Rear speakers are already getting that "underwater" sound which requires me to completely reset the unit. It is just an awful product. Do not buy.

Dead less than a year after purchase

Less than a year later it's dead. I'm done with the Samsung brand. Way too many quality issues! I do NOT have time for this garbage. Thank God for the protection plan because this paperweight is going back to wherever it came from!

Speaker bar and bass

It did cut in and out for the speaker bar.

Manufacturer only provides a one year warranty. Product should last longer than this.

Subwoofer hums, had to return this.

Tried all settings, reset, plug and unplug, and couldn’t get rid of the sound and it drove me crazy so I had to return it. 1 star because I love Best Buy and the return policy. Worth noting that even ultimately I returned it, Best Buy honored a price match.

Sounded awful

The bass was great but everything else was like sound was inside a tin can. Had a professional adjust it, still sounded awful. Returned it

remote is a dude

Unless you stand about 2 feet away from the sound bar you are unable to change the volume. Vizio tech support tells me that the device doesn't work in direct sunlight, they also need to say that it doesn't work in indirect sunlight or on cloudy days

Hot Garbage
